Come join us this Saturday, June 13, for the dedication of New Carlisle’s newest park. Schuyler Colfax Park honors New Carlisle’s most famous resident, Vice-President Schuyler Colfax, who served under President Ulysses S. Grant. The park also honors the old Methodist Church building that stood on this site for over a century.
Bring a lawn chair and join us for a trip back into the town’s history and enjoy some ice cream as well.
It’s Flag Day weekend, and the American Legion Post 297 will have a flag raising during the dedication.
